Hawick and Denholm Councillor
Neil was first elected in Hawick & Denholm in 2017 and was re-elected in 2022. Neil has lived in the ward for 14 years and has always been active in the community, serving on both the school parent councils and on Denholm and District Community Council. As a self-employed gardener, his work has taken him all over his Hawick ward and beyond.
